A mini-system for guild masters to announce certain information or events to their guild without having to be online to tell them. Example: I put in, "Anyone in the guild below B-Class is going to be booted on 11-29-13." and then the message would appear in the guild member's Player tab above their names.

No, no. It'd be like a Message Of The Day type thing so that we would be able to communicate with our guild members without actually being online.

yeah, i think when houses do actually get put in, i think that there could also be like a mail system, so you could send messages to players(my mailbox would probably be cluttered with crap)
