Leaving Guilds currently poses a significant problem -- even though there are 6 guilds, the balance between them ends up incredibly skewed and ends up in a 3 or less Guild wipe. Part of the problem is also the lack of desire to do missions, but I feel the ability to leave guilds at will with no penalty and immediately join one is actually a bigger issue because most people just jump to the guild constantly maintaining the highest standing (or will remake until they get into said guild).

I feel the verb should only be usable under the following conditions:
--Your guild has 270 or better GS.
--You may only receive invites from Dark Guilds or Guilds with 200 or less GS.
--If you Leave a guild, you cannot use the Leave verb again for another 24 hours.

Again, this is to prevent people switching guilds just because they're in a guild that has bad luck on the current day. Especially since if all guilds were actually balanced, there wouldn't be situations where only one or two guilds are ever above 200~250 GS.

Finally, I think we should have a way to check our Spar Arena cooldowns without relogging, possible a CD Check verb of some sorts.

I agree for a way to check spar arena cooldowns without having to relog.

Though... I'm not sure about the leaving guild situation. Since it would restrict them, a little too much.

That's sorta the point, though, or you get situations like apparently every single wipe the game has ever had where there's one guild that everyone wants to join, and two people join only because the first won't take them. In most cases, this has also apparently always been Phantom Lord, and the other two are almost always LS or ST.

Well I mean it's the decision of a guild master. Some guild masters would recruit anybody. Other guild masters only recruit the strongest. Like for us (Blue Pegasus), we don't have a lot of people because Opabawa (our guild master) isn't usually on. Still we're doing pretty good, at a perfect 300 (since it's the guild with the strongest members, so it's easy for us to defeat players while not getting killed to lose standings xD), but that would mean it would be tough to invite new players to expand our guild. The only way they would be able to get in is by creating a new character.

Compared to Fairy Tail, it has a lot of members, but not technically strong ones. So Blue Pegasus has strong members but not many in numbers. While Fairy Tail has lots of weak members but great in numbers. That would mean Fairy Tail is still able to expand (since it's only at 100 guild standings right now) as they were raided quite often.

The problem goes both ways, exactly.

Like I said, another problem is definitely the apathetic members and the ones who don't realize how important GS is to their guild, who then drop guild attempting to move onto one of the ones where they wouldn't have to work b/c 5-6 members really run the whole guild and make it impossible to fall below 300 GS unless they're on.

We can't make people mission, and definitely cannot make idiots avoid death by making another guild mad. Easiest thing to do is some form of cap on leaving/joining another guild. Especially one with too many GOOD members. TBH, since 85~110 players is average, maybe the better suggestion is actually changing the ways guilds and guild entry is handled entirely.

For example, instead, everyone could be born guildless, and no guilds have a train rate of 1x. 100 GS then qualifies as 2x, 200 as 3x, 300 as 4x. Guild Masters could instead be chosen based on players who would be reliable leaders (Example: Wiz), rather than Class (Random noob comes on during a weekend, gets free exp, auto-B classes, and takes a GS spot...has happened). Then the recruiting fun and guild expansion starts.

Finally, each Guild caps @ 25~30 members, except dark guilds (Roughly a quarter of the average PB).
